Apples are bountiful this year. Currently, I have made EIGHT apple pies:
And I am not even half way through all the apples!
Now to make some pickled apples!

My Favourite Thing about the Holidays!
My favourite thing about the holidays is writing thank you notes for those who made my holidays special.
